All cruise deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of booking. The deposit is $500 per cabin based on double occupancy. That means your total initial payment is $500, whether you are traveling solo or with someone else.

After your deposit, payments are automatically charged on the 15th of each month at $150 per person. If you have a roommate, each person can pay separately on their own card. If your deposit is made in the same month you will not be charged an additional payment for that month. If you need to change your payment method, you must submit a change card form. For legal reasons, all card changes have to go through that form.

If you already booked this cruise on your own, you cannot be added to our group. To attend our private events, you must cancel your original reservation and rebook through our travel agent. We are a separate entity from Royal Caribbean, and all guests must book through Erica Lux Travel. There are no exceptions to this.

Your booking includes your cabin onboard Royal Caribbean. All rooms include a television, telephone, private shower, vanity, and hair dryer. You’ll have access to all Steppers Cruise private dance party events, along with live shows, comedy, concerts, and onboard entertainment. Meals and snacks are included, excluding specialty dining and optional room service fees. You also get full access to the pool, fitness center, hot tubs, and complimentary beverages like water, lemonade, and iced tea.

Children are allowed on the cruise itself, but not at any of our private events. All of our events are adults only. We strongly recommend not bringing children. Our events include adult beverages, unedited music, dancing, and social networking, which are not appropriate for kids.

No experience is required. You do not have to know how to step or dance to attend our events. There are always people willing to show you different dances, including line dancing, at no cost. The stepping and groove community is very welcoming and inclusive.

Yes, we regularly have single guests on our cruises. Some singles choose to share cabins on their own, but we do not pair people together. We do provide opportunities for guests to connect and meet others, but all cabin arrangements are made independently.

All Steppers Cruise and Groove Cruise events are private. Each guest receives a unique ID bracelet or lanyard for entry. You cannot invite other cruise passengers to our events. Our group also sits together for dinner, typically during late dining. If you did not book through Erica Lux Travel, you are not allowed to attend any of our events, including celebrity meet and greets.

Final payment is typically due 120 days before sailing. The exact date will be provided to you and posted on the website. Any remaining balance on your reservation will be charged at that time.

Flights are not included. All guests are responsible for booking their own airfare.

We strongly recommend no more than two people per cabin. Based on over 15 years of experience, cabins with more than two people almost always lead to frustration. Cruise cabins are smaller than most hotel rooms, especially when getting dressed for events. Because of this, we no longer offer cabins with three people. Two people in a cabin provides the best experience.
