  • IDENTIFICATION NEEDED:

    Passports: A passport is the best ID document for travel. Make sure yours doesn't expire for 6 months after your cruise ends.

    OR

    Birth Certificates: If you do not have a passport you can present a state-certified birth certificate and government-issued photo ID to sail.

    • It must be a state-certified birth certificate issued by the government. No “baby feet” certificates, no hospital birth certificates and no baptismal papers.

    • You must present the original copy, no photo copies.

    • You must also show a valid government issued photo ID, like a driver’s license.

Cabin Pricing
All prices shown are per person, based on two guests sharing a cabin.

Cabin Assignment
Cabin categories are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a minimum of $500 has been paid toward your reservation, your cabin will be assigned within your selected category. Specific cabin location is based on availability at the time of assignment.

Traveling Solo?
Single-occupancy pricing is based on the full double-occupancy cabin rate. A $500 deposit is required at booking for solo travelers.

Changes to Your Reservation
Changes to the number of guests in your cabin or your cabin category may result in a change in price.

Initial Deposit

A $250 per person nonrefundable deposit is due when you submit your booking request.

Traveling solo? A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Monthly Payments

After booking, $150 per person will be automatically charged to the card on file on the 15th of each month.

Payments continue until the reservation is paid in full or the final payment date is reached.

Final Payment

Any remaining balance is due June 18, 2027.

All reservations must be paid in full by this date.

Automatic Payments

By submitting your booking request, you authorize Erica Luxe Travel to process the scheduled payments using the card provided with your reservation.

Payment Schedule

$250 per person is due at the time of booking

(single cabins require a $500 deposit)

Future payments will be made automatically on the scheduled payment dates:

$150.00 per person on the 15th of each month.

Full Payment Due no later than June 18, 2027

Travel Waiver

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your initial deposit is nonrefundable.

Additional cancellation penalties apply as the sailing date approaches. Please review the schedule below before submitting your reservation.

After final payment date through 56 days before sailing
Penalty: Standard deposit amount

55–30 days before sailing
Penalty: 50% of the total fare or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater

29–15 days before sailing
Penalty: 75% of the total fare or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater

14 days before sailing through the day of sailing
Penalty: 100% of the total fare

No-show or interrupted cruise
No refund will be issued if you do not show up for the cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation after it has begun.

Cancellation penalties are determined based on the date the cancellation is received. Additional terms or penalties may apply to optional products or services.

GRATUITIES

Enjoy one less thing to think about while you’re onboard.

Pre-paid gratuities may be added to your cruise reservation for $85 per person.

Gratuities can be added at the time of booking or before the final payment date.

Pre-paid gratuities are optional.

CARNIVAL VACATION PROTECTION

Protect your vacation investment from the unexpected.

Carnival Vacation Protection is available for an additional cost and may provide coverage for certain trip cancellations, interruptions, medical expenses and other eligible travel-related situations.

Rates vary and are based on the cost of your cruise. If Vacation Protection is selected, all guests in the cabin must purchase the plan.
